Sivilay has worked at various companies, including Wincome Hospitality, Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, and Marriott International, Inc. Sivilay'sroles have involved leading marketing teams, developing and implementing marketing programs, establishing partnerships, managing budgets, and creating customized marketing plans. Sivilay has also played a key role in opening new hotels and increasing revenue and online presence for the organizations they have worked for. Prior to their hospitality career, they had experience in business development and account management roles.
