Jacinta Johnson

Jacinta Johnson has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Jacinta'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at WinCup, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were an Elite Member at The Black In HR (TM).

From 2019 to 2022, Jacinta worked as the Human Resources Director at COPS Monitoring, where they led a team of three HR staff and provided guidance and support to 14 assistant HR professionals.

Before that, from 2017 to 2019, they were a Human Resources Manager at Research for Action, where they developed a comprehensive recruiting and retention process and advised management on employee relations concerns.

Jacinta also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Veterans Multi-Service Center from 2016 to 2017, where they established and implemented HR practices and policies in compliance with regulations and leadership expectations.

Prior to their civilian career, Jacinta served in the United States Air Force from 2006 to 2016, where they held various HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Assistant.

Jacinta Johnson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management at Ashford University from 2011 to 2016. Jacinta then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Management/Human Resources Management at Ashford University from 2016 to 2018. Jacinta Johnson also attended Syracuse - O2O and completed a Certification Prep Course in SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). Currently, they are studying at Northcentral University, where they are working towards earning a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from 2020 to 2023.
