Kara Hetzel

Kara Hetzel, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at Wind River Payments since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kara was the Human Resources Director at Hatch Early Learning from November 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included aligning human resource strategy with business objectives as part of the Executive Leadership team.
