Cristina Tedeschi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cristina began their career at TIM as an HR Development Specialist. Cristina then worked at Elica Spa and Autostrade per l'Italia as an HR Business Partner. Cristina expanded their expertise internationally with a one-year assignment at Vimpelcom in Amsterdam as a Resourcing & Development Manager. Later, they joined Wind as a Talent Acquisition and People Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion at Wind Tre. Throughout their career, Cristina Tedeschi has demonstrated a strong focus on employer branding, corporate culture integration, and talent acquisition.
