Elisabetta Serra

Elisabetta Serra has experience in HR Business Partner roles at Wind and Wind Tre, managing human resources in various departments at the headquarters level. Elisabetta is responsible for implementing HR plans, defining hiring and layoff strategies, monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance with labor agreements, managing performance evaluations, job rotations, and individual development plans. Elisabetta also participated in the Wind Tre Factory - Open Innovation Program, focused on digital transformation and presented to the Board of Directors.
