Giulia Porcelli

Giulia Porcelli is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Wind Tre since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing digital customer journeys and implementing a new digital CRM for online sales. Giulia also held the position of Head of IoT Services, overseeing services related to connected devices and successfully managing the launch of a security product. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at H3G from March 2001 to December 2016, where roles included Head of Applications, Handsets Product Manager, and Web Application Project Manager, focusing on product management, vendor relations, and the commercial launch of internet applications.
