Nelson R. Nedlin

Nelson Nedlin's practice involves various financial transactions and corporate matters.

Prior to Windels Marx, Nelson was an Agency Attorney with the New York City Department of Finance, where he was involved with issues pertaining to the assessment and taxation of real property, including the administration of tax exemption and incentive programs. He also has experience with renewable energy project siting and financing.
