Stan Stark

Stan Stark is the current Vice President of Agent Services at Windermere Homes & Estates. Stan has also previously worked at Carrington Mortgage Services in the mortgage lending division. At Carrington, Stan was an Area Sales Manager. Stan has a passion for helping people and takes an active role in the communities where they work and lives. Stan is dedicated to their work and always puts the needs of their customers first. Stan is a respected leader and colleague, and is committed to Windermere's long-term success.

Stan Stark has a Mortgage Loan Origination License from Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and an Associate's degree in Business from Kirkwood Community College. Stan also has a HS Diploma in Business, Marketing and Accounting from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Stan Stark reports to Rich Johnson, Owner & Broker. They work with Karl Jokinen - General Sales Manager, Sarah Simons - VP of Finance, and Donna Nicksich - VP of Risk Management.
