Mike Vincent

SVP Customer Success at Windfall

Mike Vincent has a diverse background in various leadership roles. Mike started their career as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where they focused on business development, product management, project management, and strategic marketing operations. Mike then transitioned to the role of an Independent Consultant, leading strategic and operational projects for startups and growth-stage organizations, including Airbnb, Kiva, IDEO, Thrive Natural Care, and Traveling Spoon.

In 2013, Mike joined Fair Trade USA as the Executive Program Director and Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. Mike later became the Director of Impact & Standards, where they played a significant role in driving the organization's mission.

In 2016, Mike joined MGM Resorts International, initially as a Director of Strategic Operations, responsible for overseeing the company's strategic initiatives. Mike then moved on to become the Executive Director of Strategic Operations before being appointed as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

Most recently, Mike joined Windfall as the Vice President of Customer Success and Growth, where they lead the company's efforts in driving customer success and business growth.

Mike Vincent obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Social Impact and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mike attended this institution from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Commerce at Santa Clara University, majoring in Finance, Marketing, and Retail Studies.
