Elaine Vance

Elaine Vance is the Admissions and Outreach Director at Windhorse Integrative Mental Health since February 2018. Prior to this, Elaine worked as the Marketing Director at CooperRiis Healing Community from February 2012 to January 2018. Elaine also served as an Outreach Coordinator at the same company. Elaine has experience as a Sociology Instructor at Portland State University from September 1999 to May 2003. Elaine holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sociology from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from the College of Charleston. Elaine also graduated from the Episcopal School of Jacksonville with a High School Diploma.
