Kelly Niehoff Schmidt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and real estate. Currently serving as the Manager of Partner Development at Windover Construction since March 2023, Kelly also holds a position as a Licensed Real Estate Agent with William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance since 2013. Previous roles include Sales Executive at M.Bohlke Veneer Corporation, Vice President of Interactive Marketing at Grand Circle Corporation, Media Supervisor at Mullen, Media Planner at Hill Holliday, Project Manager at MarketPlace Technologies, and Advertising Manager at SAIL Magazine. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Interior Design at the Van Loan School at Endicott College.
