Kiran Virdee

Kiran Virdee began their career in 1998 as IT Finance Manager at Cable & Wireless Communications. In 2005, they became Group Financial Controller at Morse plc, where they were responsible for group accounting and internal controls, board level performance reporting, FP&A, City announcements and investor slides, UK shared service centre, cash forecasting and monitoring of covenants, statutory and tax reporting under IFRS, support for M&A activities and strategic corporate initiatives. In 2010, they became Director of Group Planning & Control at 2e2 Group, where they were responsible for board level financial reporting and analysis, group consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, cash forecasting and monitoring of covenants, support for M&A activities and strategic corporate initiatives, statutory reporting and tax compliance. Kiran led integration workstreams on the acquisition of Morse plc and prepared documentation to support SAO sign-off. In 2013, they became Governor at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.
