Vijaya N. is an experienced educator and leadership development expert, currently serving as Programme Director, Tutor, and Coach for the Open Healthcare Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and as a Visiting Professor at Middlesex University for the newly launched DBA in HealthCare Leadership. As the Director of Contemplative Spaces since June 2018, Vijaya N. focuses on executive coaching and leadership development. Vijaya has held significant roles such as Trustee and Previous Chair of CAFE at Windsor Leadership, Director of Leadership Development at the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education, and Director of Leadership Development at The King's Fund. With past experience at Barts Health NHS Trust as Head of Leadership Development and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as a Management Trainer and Consultant, Vijaya N. has a strong background in coaching, strategic leadership, and team development. Vijaya’s educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Museums & Galleries in Education and a PGCE in Education: Learning & Development, both from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
