Larry Dougher

Larry Dougher has a diverse work experience in various roles. Larry worked at Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union as the Director of Finance & Operations, overseeing financial and operational services. Larry also served as the Chief Information Officer, directing technology integration and managing various projects. Prior to that, they worked at Windsor High School as a basketball coach and at Air National Guard as a Tech Sergeant, performing ground transportation responsibilities. Larry also has experience in technology coordination and technician roles at Windsor School District. Additionally, they worked as a basketball coach at Stevens High School and as a lab technician at Dartmouth College.

Larry Dougher earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force in 2010. Larry went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies in an unknown year. Later, Larry completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2017. Larry'seducation journey culminated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2018.
