Manager Customer Operations at Windstream Enterprise

Dale Golden has extensive experience in telecommunications and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Operations at Broadview Networks since December 1999. In this role, Dale oversees voice activations, manages line migrations, and handles escalations for high-profile accounts. Prior to this, Dale was a Tang Soo Do Instructor at WTSDA, teaching students martial arts techniques. Experience also includes positions as Dispatch Manager at Nynex/Bell Atlantic, where incentive regulations were exceeded, and as Facilities Manager at NyNex, implementing cost-saving programs. Dale began a career in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician, supervising sonar operations during anti-submarine warfare. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
