Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the same company, where they achieved record sales volume and market share growth through various strategies such as implementing a new motorcycle sales experience and establishing new technology relationships for digital lead generation.

Before joining Windy City Motorcycle Company, Matthew worked at Triumph Motorcycles America LTD. as the Chief Operating Officer, where they developed Triumph as the Premium Lifestyle Motorcycle Brand and achieved record revenue and sales growth. Matthew J also served as the Vice President of North American Sales and Operations, leading the company to profitability and establishing the US as the top sales volume market for Triumph globally.

Matthew's earlier experience includes working as a Management Consultant, where they created comprehensive strategic and tactical business plans for various clients, and as a Lead Design Engineer at Buell Motorcycle Company, where they managed new motorcycle development and received approval for multiple business cases.

Matthew J Sheahan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Marketing at Marquette University from 2005 to 2007.
