Ivan Energiev

Ivan Energiev has extensive experience in team leadership and technical support, currently serving as a Team Manager at Concentrix since March 2020. In this role, Ivan leads a team of 20 professionals, including Support Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Previously, Ivan held positions as a Quality Analyst and Microsoft Teams Support Engineer, along with experience as a Sommelier at the Wine Industry Network. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University for Food Technologies, obtained between October 2009 and July 2014.
