Adam Caperton is an experienced portfolio manager currently with Winebow Fine Wine + Spirits since April 2015, overseeing brand management for the Mid-Atlantic region and managing $25 million in annual sales. Prior roles include fine wine sales consultant at The Country Vintner and southeastern Virginia territory manager at JW Sieg Wines. Adam's extensive background also features positions as a fine wine specialist, culinary consultant, and food/wine/travel writer, as well as expertise in leading guided wine and culinary tours. Adam's career began as owner and chef of The Larder in Seagrove Beach, FL, after working as a chef at the award-winning Baccahnalia restaurant. Adam holds a BA in Communications from Virginia Tech.
