Linwood Welch

Linwood Welch is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in overseeing distribution, manufacturing, and customer care operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Winebow since March 2017, Linwood is responsible for the management of a distribution center, including over 90 employees and a $15 million budget. Previously, Linwood held the position of Operations Manager at LMI Solutions, where responsibilities included full ownership of a manufacturing facility and significant improvements in product quality and warranty reduction. Linwood's career also includes leadership roles at WAM Industries, where management of a 100+ CSR call center led to improved performance and employee morale, and BCN Telecom, where oversight of multiple departments contributed to significant annual revenue generation and operational efficiency. Linwood holds a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Chattahoochee Technical College.
