Luiza Mendes

Luiza Mendes has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and graphic design. Luiza'smost recent position is a Software Developer at WineDirect, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Frontend Engineer at Meta IT North America from January to March 2022. Luiza also had a previous role as a Software Developer at IBM from May 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at Hays from January to April 2021 and as an Application Developer at IBM from April 2020 to December 2020. Prior to their software development roles, Luiza worked as a Programmer Analyst at M4U from June 2019 to March 2020 and from May 2018 to June 2019. Additionally, they started their career as a Graphic Designer at H.Stern, where they held positions as a Graphic Designer from January 2014 to March 2018 and as a Graphic Designer Intern from August 2012 to December 2013. At H.Stern, they were responsible for designing layouts for various purposes, including training materials, presentations, invitations, image editing, video recording and editing, development of video classes for e-learning platforms, and iPad content layouts. Luiza also provided support to the sustainability section, working on internal campaigns and developing a sustainability app for iPads.

Luiza Mendes has a diverse education history. Luiza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design with a focus on Visual Communication and Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in the years 2009 to 2013. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing from Ibmec. Additionally, Luiza attended Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2016 for a course in Strategic Business Management.

Most recently, from 2017 to 2021, they attended Instituto Infnet and earned a degree in Software Engineering. Alongside their formal education, Luiza acquired various additional certifications. These include "Verified International Academic Qualifications" obtained from the World Education Services in October 2021, as well as the "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner," "IBM Agile Explorer," "Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction," and "IBM Carbon Design System Developer Essentials - React" certifications obtained from IBM in July and May 2020. Lastly, they achieved an "IELTS GT - Overall 8" certification from IELTS Official in September 2021.
