Thales Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thales started their career at GAS Tecnologia, where they worked as a Mobile Developer, focusing on developing mobile solutions to support information security systems for major banks in Latin America. Thales then moved on to Agência Maior, a marketing and advertising company, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer and was involved in the development of a web delivery system for a restaurant.

After that, Thales joined Kong Ofertas, a company connecting users with local merchants through a mobile app. Thales played a key role in developing the Kong Offers and Kong Delivery apps for Android and iOS, as well as creating admin dashboards using AngularJS. Thales also developed real-time order-receiving dashboards using AngularJS and Rails Action Cable, using technologies such as Swift, Java, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL.

Thales further expanded their expertise as a Full Stack Developer at AppCraft, a consulting company they founded. Thales worked on various startup projects, including Grip, and gained experience in mobile and web development.

Thales then joined Gupy, one of Brazil's largest HR tech companies, as a Full Stack Developer. Thales worked on projects such as gupy.io, developing new features like Account and Privacy, Reports, and Approval Workflow using technologies like React, Redux, and Node. Thales also mentored junior developers and promoted team efficiency through the SCRUM methodology.

After that, Thales joined Ayogo Health Inc. as a Software Engineer. Thales worked on Ayogo's behavioral support platform, utilizing "dynamic tailoring" technology to provide personalized and timely support for patients undergoing healthcare transitions.

Most recently, Thales joined Greenline POS as a Senior Software Engineer. Thales contributed to the development and maintenance of a scalable cannabis point of sale system, including implementing new features, bug fixing, and integrating hardware such as thermal printers, barcode readers, and cash drawers.

Currently, Thales is working at WineDirect as a Senior Frontend Developer. Thales is involved in the development of a new point of sale system for wineries worldwide, with a specific focus on creating a POS for iPad and future compatibility with Android. Thales is utilizing cutting-edge technologies to build products for the ANWD project.

Throughout their career, Thales has demonstrated their expertise in frontend and full stack development, using a wide range of technologies and frameworks such as React, Redux, Ruby on Rails, and AngularJS.
