Maati Sahel has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career in 2017 as a Barman at Il Borgo di Sabine. They then worked as a Chef de Rang at Ilario Vinciguerra Restaurant from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they served as a Chef de Rang at alessandro borghese: il lusso della semplicità. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, first as a Chef de Rang and then as a Barman. In 2021, they worked as a Mixologist at ENRICO BARTOLINI S.R.L. UNIPERSONALE. In 2022, they worked as a Bartender at Leylaty Group and later as a Barman at Sela | صلة until 2023. Further, Maati also acquired an additional certification in January 2016, in "introduction to coffee". The certification was obtained from the SPECIALITY COFFEE ASSOCIATION OF EUROPE.
