Maati Sahel

Maati Sahel has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career in 2017 as a Barman at Il Borgo di Sabine. They then worked as a Chef de Rang at Ilario Vinciguerra Restaurant from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they served as a Chef de Rang at alessandro borghese: il lusso della semplicità. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, first as a Chef de Rang and then as a Barman. In 2021, they worked as a Mixologist at ENRICO BARTOLINI S.R.L. UNIPERSONALE. In 2022, they worked as a Bartender at Leylaty Group and later as a Barman at Sela | صلة until 2023. They also worked as a Content Creator at Winelivery - L'App per bere! and as a Barman at Casa Cipriani Milano, both in 2023. Additionally, they founded New age hospitality in 2021.

Maati Sahel's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Alberghiero G.perlasca Idro (BS) and obtained a qualification as an "adetto al servizio a sala/bar e vendita". The field of study at this school was focused on service in the restaurant industry, specifically in roles such as waitstaff and sales. After completing this qualification in 2016, Maati went on to attend Alberghiero G. Falcone Gallarate (VA) from 2016 to 2018. Here, they obtained a diploma in Istituto Tecnico e Professionale, specializing in "Servizio di ristoro, cameriere/cameriera e responsabile di sala" (restaurant service, waiter/waitress, and floor manager).

Further, Maati also acquired an additional certification in January 2016, in "introduction to coffee". The certification was obtained from the SPECIALITY COFFEE ASSOCIATION OF EUROPE.
