André Prager

André Prager has a diverse and extensive work experience. André currently holds the position of Chief Engineer at Wing since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Integration Lead at Wing from October 2021 to April 2023. André also served as a Mechanical Design Team Lead at Wing from July 2018 to October 2021. Before joining Wing, André worked at X, the moonshot factory as a Payload System Lead for Project Wing from January 2017 to June 2018, and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Project Wing from February 2016 to January 2017. André also worked at Google[x] as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Project Wing from November 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, André served as a Staff Engineer Engines/Emissions at STIHL Inc. from March 2014 to October 2015, and as an Emissions Engineer from November 2007 to March 2014. André also worked as an Engineer R&D/Function Development at STIHL Inc. from May 2003 to October 2007. André started their career as a Graduand at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG in April 2002, following an internship at the same company from April 2001 to September 2001.

André Prager holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering and business administration from Fachhochschule Heidelberg, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. André also completed their Abitur from Heidelberg College in Heidelberg, which they pursued from 1989 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, André Prager has obtained additional certifications such as Certified Remote Pilot (Part 107) from the FAA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Old Dominion University, and REFA Industrial Engineer from REFA.
