Jocelyn Sullivan

Jocelyn Sullivan, Director of Property Management Systems, has over 15 years of property management experience, specializing in affordable housing and regulatory compliance.

In her role as Director of Property Management Systems, Jocelyn is responsible for the management of the Wingate OneSite Helpdesk, which provides support to all property and corporate staff related to use of RealPage property management system and software products. Jocelyn takes a hands-on approach in supporting staff, by providing mentorship and guidance on not only usage of all RealPage products, but also Wingate policy and procedure. Jocelyn also collaborates with Wingate leadership on new RealPage product initiatives to keep Wingate in the forefront of technological advances in the area of property management.
