Rahul Soni

Rahul Soni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Wings since June 2022, Rahul has previously held roles including Operations Manager at Pebble, Assistant Manager at Okaya Power Group, Team Manager at Home Credit India, and Team Leader at Snapdeal. Beginning a career in 2013, Rahul also worked as an Executive at Snapdeal. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and completed secondary education at Ramjas School in India.
