Jd Lepetit

JD LePetit currently serves as the Director of Virtual Branch Solutions at Wings Financial Credit Union since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Customer Operations at DailyPay, Inc., where JD built and led a team that supported over $2 billion in earned wage access. JD's extensive background at Wells Fargo spans more than two decades, including positions as Regional Call Center Manager and Senior Vice President, overseeing multiple customer service call centers and leading large teams. Earlier career experience includes various managerial roles within Wells Fargo's call centers and a tenure as a Sergeant in the US Army. JD holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
