Calista Tjandra

Calista Tjandra is a professional with a background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Junior Organizational Development Specialist at Wings Group Surabaya since October 2022, Calista has previously held roles within the same organization as a Junior HR Staff and Human Resources Intern. Additionally, Calista co-founded The Haesel Dessert Box, contributing entrepreneurial skills from August 2020 to February 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Petra Christian University.
