Carol Lynch

Carol Lynch currently serves as Chair at uMed and holds several board positions, including Board Member at adthera bio and Member of the Board of Directors at WINGSforGrowth. Additionally, Carol is a Senior Advisor for Delin Ventures. Previously, Carol was the Chief Business Officer at Sandoz and held various leadership roles at Sandoz Inc., including President US and Head of North America, as well as Global Head Biopharmaceuticals at Sandoz, A Novartis Division. Carol began their career in roles such as Head of US New Product Commercialization and Head of Strategic Marketing, Respiratory at Novartis Pharma. Education was completed at The University of Sheffield between 1985 and 1988.
