Julie Merker has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Julie most recently worked at Wingspan Care Group as the Director of Health Analytics in the Innovation Hub. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at The Centers for Families and Children, including Director of Health Analytics and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Julie also worked as a Community Research Scholar at The Center for Reducing Health Disparities and as a Manager of Operational Systems and Clinical Records Analyst at Beech Brook. Earlier in their career, they were a Community Psychiatric Support Treatment Worker at Pathways, Inc. and a Case Manager Volunteer at The Marjorie Kovler Center for the Treatment of Survivors of Torture. Julie's experience includes fostering a data-oriented culture, developing standardized data collection processes, and providing data reporting and analysis for strategic planning and outcome identification.
Julie Merker pursued their undergraduate studies at John Carroll University from 1998 to 2002. There, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they enrolled at Cleveland State University where they earned a Master's degree in Urban Studies with a specialization in Urban Policy Analysis.
