Allen Youngblade

Allen Youngblade has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Allen currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Engineering at Winland Foods since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as Sr. Director, Engineering at TreeHouse Foods from June 2021 to October 2022. From November 2012 to April 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Ventura Foods, where they provided technical leadership and support to 15 manufacturing plants. Before that, they were the Director of Corporate Engineering at Farmland Foods from December 2004 to November 2012. Allen also gained valuable experience as the VP of Environmental Engineering at Pilgrim's Pride from March 2003 to November 2004, and as the Environmental Affairs Manager at ConAgra Poultry Company from August 1997 to March 2003. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at KEMRON Environmental Services and as a Project Manager at Ecology and Environment, Inc., where they specialized in designing remediation systems and managing contaminated site projects. Allen started their career as an Engineer Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers from August 1989 to March 1992.

Allen Youngblade has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Allen also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Rockhurst University.
