Fia Westerberg Drakenberg ( Ann-Sofie )

Fia (Ann-Sofie) Westerberg Drakenberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Fia ( Ann-Sofie ) began their career as a Cabin Crew Manager at Nordic European Airlines in 1989 and later worked as a Service Instructor/Base Manager at Nova Airlines AB from 1999 until 2007. After that, they served as the Training Manager for Service at SJ Service Academy from 2007 to 2011, and then as the Service Development Manager from 2011 to 2012. Fia ( Ann-Sofie ) then held the position of Rektor (Principal) at Parks and Resorts from 2012 to 2014. Following that, Fia worked as the Utvecklingschef (Development Manager) at StigFram from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they became the CEO and Owner (VD Ägare) of Service Academy Scandinavia AB, and in 2018 they were appointed as the CEO (VD) of Culture Academy AB. Currently, Fia is the Head of People & Culture at Winn Hotel Group AB, a position they have held since April 2019. Additionally, they had a brief role as a board member (Styrelseuppdrag) at LRF - Lantbrukarnas Riksförbund - By gruppen from January 2019 to March 2020.
