Tara Klatt

Tara Klatt is an experienced HRIS Manager with a demonstrated history of working in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Winnebago Industries and MTS Systems Corporation, Tara served as HRIS Manager, focusing on enhancing human resource information systems. Previous roles include Director of HR Systems and HR and Payroll Systems Manager at Apogee Enterprises, Inc., as well as HRIS and Project Manager at Midcontinent Media, Inc., where responsibilities included project management and employment analysis. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, earned between 2001 and 2004.
