Patrick has a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams. Patrick has a deep understanding of the Chinese market and knows how to drive growth in organizations. Patrick is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Patrick's experience in the software industry makes him a valuable asset to Winning by Design.

Patrick Cai has an MBA in General Management from Georgetown University and a BS in Economics from Shanghai University.
