Emelie Heikura has over 14 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Emelie began their career in 2006 as a Consultant at Manpower Sweden. In 2010, they moved to Proffice as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruitment to all available positions to their customers in the automotive and logistic sector. In 2011, they became an HR Officer at DHL Supply Chain. In March 2020, they were promoted to Talent Manager, where their focus areas were recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.

Emelie Heikura has a diverse educational background. Emelie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Borås in 2010. In 2015, they attended the University of Skövde, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Neurosciende and Applied Positive Psychology. Emelie also completed a Fristående kurs in Förändringsledning at the University of Skövde in 2010.
