Madi Baldwin is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in community management, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. Currently serving as Co-Founder at NovelBound and Community Manager at Winona, Madi has a proven track record in empowering Gen Z women through various initiatives, notably through the Gen Z Girlies Podcast, which focuses on career and life empowerment. Madi's previous roles include GTM Consultant at a stealth startup, Assistant Head of Community at SafetyWing, and Web3 & DeFi Content Manager at Eve Wealth HQ, among others. Madi holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Asbury University.
