Teresa Ruffin

Teresa Ruffin, MBA - PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Representative at Covestro in 2004. Teresa then moved on to roles such as Human Resources Manager at Graham Packaging from 2017 to 2019, and later as a Sr. HR Business Partner at the same company. In 2022, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Winpak.

Teresa Ruffin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2012. Teresa went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from the same university. In 2011, Teresa obtained certifications as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
