Tayo Rockson is a multifaceted leader specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across various platforms. Currently serving as the Director of DEI at Winrock International, Tayo establishes comprehensive DEI workplans while driving global initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity. As a board member of the Coalition for Racial & Ethnic Equity in Development (CREED) and the Head of Global Workforce Development at Insured Nomads, Tayo advocates for racial and ethnic equity within organizational frameworks. Tayo also contributes as a consultant to Google on cultural and racial sensitivity training, and engages in public speaking on topics related to diversity and bias as part of Paramount’s Inclusion Week. Through the podcast "As Told By Nomads," Tayo inspires listeners by exploring themes of cultural identity and leadership, further complemented by a strong online presence as the founder of tayorockson.com. Tayo holds an MBA in Marketing, Communications, and Media Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a business degree from Liberty University.
