Jonathan Maze

Jonathan Maze has a significant background in journalism, particularly within the restaurant industry. Jonathan currently holds the position of Editor In Chief at Winsight, LLC since February 2020, where they oversee Restaurant Business Magazine and its website, manages a team of writers, and provides comprehensive coverage of fast food, finance, and franchising. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Editor at Restaurant Business Magazine from December 2017 to February 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Staff Writer at Nations Restaurant News and NRN.com from October 2014 to December 2017, focusing on reporting finance and Midwest-related news for prominent restaurant chains. Before that, they gained experience as the editor of the Restaurant Finance Monitor and Senior Writer for Franchise Times Magazine at Franchise Times from March 2007 to October 2014. Jonathan started their career in journalism as a Reporter for The Post and Courier from November 1999 to April 2006, followed by roles as a Reporter at Charleston Post and Courier and The News-Sentinel.
