Carrie Berran

Carrie Berran has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Carrie currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Winsted Control Room Consoles since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hydra-Flex, Inc, where they held multiple roles. From April 2021 to February 2022, they served as the Human Resources Director, leading the HR team and contributing to company strategy. From April 2019 to April 2021, they were the Human Resources Manager, responsible for building a strong HR team and ensuring the HR function kept pace with company growth. Starting in January 2017 and ending in March 2019, Carrie worked as the sole Human Resources Representative at Hydra-Flex, where they performed various HR-related duties and collaborated closely with senior management. Earlier in their career, Carrie was a Sr Actuarial Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from June 1998 to August 2002.

Carrie Berran earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from La Salle University between 1995 and 1998. In January 2019, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the institution called SHRM.
