Carl Fornaris

Carl Fornaris is a legal professional with extensive experience in financial regulation and compliance. Currently serving as a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP since June 2022, Carl previously held the position of Shareholder and Co-chair of the Financial Regulatory & Compliance Group at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. from August 2002 to June 2022. Prior to this, Carl worked as Director and Head of Legal and Compliance for Latin America at Barclays Bank PLC from March 2001 to August 2002. Carl began their career at Arnold & Porter as an Associate from 1992 to 1997, following a Summer Associate role in 1992. Carl earned a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government and Communications from the University of Miami.
