Olivia Egan

Olivia Egan is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as the Individual Giving Manager at Winston's Wish since August 2023. Previously, Egan worked at Lepra as the Supporter Engagement and Legacy Manager from September 2020 to August 2022, successfully managing individual giving with a target of generating a minimum of £2.6 million in annual donations. Prior roles at Lepra also included Supporter Engagement and Events Lead and Fundraising Assistant, alongside a temporary position as Project Manager at The Challenge. Egan's early career included a role as a Challenge Events Assistant volunteer at Save the Children UK and a Customer Service Assistant at Marks and Spencer. Egan holds a degree in International Development with NGO Management from the University of East London, completed in 2017.
