Kiara Gallardo

Kiara Gallardo is an experienced operations coordinator with a strong background in managing commercial snow removal services and developing operational systems across multiple businesses. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Coordinator at Winter Services, LLC, Kiara oversees snow removal operations for over 200 commercial businesses and manages more than 150 subcontractors, successfully negotiating contracts that resulted in a 17% margin increase. Prior experience includes roles at Weiss Lawn Care, where Kiara developed standard operating procedures and managed employee compliance, and Wool and Company, as a Shipping Supervisor. Kiara has also co-founded a non-profit organization to promote mental health in the gaming community and possesses a diverse range of skills in customer service from various retail positions. Kiara holds a high school diploma from St Charles East High School and is pursuing an Associate of Science degree at Pierpont Community and Technical College.
