Phillip Haines

Phillip Haines, MBA, has a diverse work experience. Phillip started their career as a Ski Patrol for Hidden Valley Ski Patrol in 2011 and later worked as a Ski Patrol at Mountain Creek Resort from 2012 to 2020. In 2013, they took up a role as a Dishwasher at Max's Station House before joining NexxLinx as a Retention Specialist in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Hiring Manager at Tognetti Property Maintenance. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Valet at Audi Mendham. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Medical Director, Ski Patrol Director, and Ski Patrol Instructor at Winter4Kids. In 2021, Phillip worked as a Technical Support Professional at Deck & Drive Pavers, Inc. and as an Inventory Logistics Manager at Hiya -- Reimagining Children's Health, where they stayed until April 2022.

Phillip Haines, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maine from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from the University of Maine from 2015 to 2019.
