P. Eng Luis Ladino

Luis Ladino, P. Eng, has extensive experience in engineering and production management, currently serving as Production and WH Manager at Winters Instruments since 2019. Previously, Luis held the position of Production Manager at ITD Innovative Trailer Design Industries Inc. from April 2018 to September 2019 and worked as a Production Engineer at TAQA from 2010 to 2016, where responsibilities included optimizing operations for 300 oil and gas wells. Prior roles include Plant Engineer/Manager at Dana Incorporated, Project Engineer at INTERSEG S.A., and Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants. Luis began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineer at STEMAC LTDA. Academically, Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
