Paul Szalko has held various managerial roles in different financial institutions such as Wintrust Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase, Bank One, First Chicago NBD, and First National Bank of Chicago. Paul has managed teams, overseen operations, and implemented programs related to commercial and retail banking. With a Bachelor of Science in Business from Saint Xavier University and a Certification in Banking and Financial Support Services from University of Wisconsin-Madison, Paul has a strong educational background. At Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, Paul furthered their education.
