Shreya Rao

Shreya Rao has a diverse range of work experience. Shreya is currently working as a Founder's Associate at Winvesta. Prior to that, they held the position of VP- User Experience and Communication Strategy at Nexweave from July 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Nexweave, Shreya worked at Bloomberg LP as a Sales Associate in the Banking and Corporations division from February 2019 to April 2020. Shreya also served as a Foreign Exchange Advanced Specialist at Bloomberg LP from April 2017 to February 2019.

During their time at NYU Graduate School of Arts and Science, Shreya was a Masters Student from September 2015 to January 2017. Shreya also gained internship experience at EY, specifically in Development Advisory Services, from June 2016 to August 2016.

Shreya's early work experience includes a role as a Corporate Intelligence Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they conducted compliance and due diligence checks on target entities and individuals. Shreya was responsible for conducting detailed research and analysis, and presenting findings on company performance and potential fraudulent activities from September 2014 to April 2015.

Shreya also interned at Educomp Solutions Ltd, where they implemented cost-cutting measures for the availability of course books in schools and contributed to content development for English and Mathematics textbooks. Shreya also assisted with resource designing and teacher training workshops during their internship from June 2013 to July 2013.

Shreya Rao attended GrowthX® in 2022, where they completed a Product and Growth Bootcamp. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics at New York University from 2015 to 2016. Shreya obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
