Abhishek Jain is a highly experienced professional in the field of Solutions Architecture with a focus on OSS/BSS. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro since May 2024, Abhishek has previously held positions at CloudSmartz as a Solutions Architect OSS/BSS, Ericsson as a Solutions Architect, and Capgemini Engineering as an OSS Solution Architect. Abhishek's extensive experience includes orchestration and automation for telecommunication systems, managing multiple stakeholders in network fault and performance management, and expertise in service order orchestration and NFV orchestration. Abhishek’s earlier roles at Orange Business Services encompassed key positions from Senior Solution Expert to Software Engineer, which involved proactive network management and large-scale migration projects.
