Stewart Welbourne

Stewart Welbourne is an experienced engineering leader, currently serving as Engineering Director at Wipro since June 2019. Previously, at Code Red from October 2016 to June 2019, Stewart worked as a Consultant, while at Plusnet from April 2010 to October 2016, Stewart held the position of CIO, overseeing platform delivery and operations across multiple sites. Stewart's earlier roles at BT spanned from 2000 to 2010, including positions as CIT Transformation Architect, Enterprise Architect, and Integration Platform Architect, focusing on enhancing IT delivery models and establishing effective communication across functional platforms. Stewart holds a BSc (honors) in Data Processing and Information Systems from the University of Leeds, obtained in 1993.
