Lucinda Duncalfe

Lucinda Duncalfe has a wealth of experience in the executive and board roles. Lucinda is currently the Founder/CEO of AboveBoard, an inclusive platform for executive hiring, a role they have held since 2020. Lucinda has also been the Director of Thrive TRM since 2019, and the Director of WireSecure Inc. since 2019. In 2018, they were a Coach for Founders and CEOs at True Potential. From 2011 to 2008, they were the Executive Director, President & CEO, and Director of Monetate, Inc. Lucinda was also the Founder/Chairman of Real Food Works from 2011 to 2008, the CEO of ClickEquations from 2006 to 2008, the Director of Semprae Laboratories, Inc. from 2008 to 2006, and the Founder, Chairman of Cuts.com from 2006 to 2004. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they were the President, CEO, and Director of TurnTide.

Lucinda Duncalfe attended Brooklyn Friends School from 1975 to 1981. Lucinda then went on to the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a BA in Psychology between 1981 and 1985. In 1989, they earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School. In 1996, they attended NOLS and in 1997 they attended Outward Bound. In 2010, they completed an Eisenhower Fellowship in China.
