Elisabeth Kraemer has extensive experience in operations management and customer service across various organizations in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at WiscMed, LLC since September 2019, Elisabeth has successfully implemented the Customer Sales and Service department, focusing on system development, staff training, and performance tracking. Previous roles include Leader of Customer Service Excellence at Exact Sciences, Operations Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Senior Operations Manager at John Hancock, among others, where Elisabeth monitored productivity, managed large teams, and implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet organizational goals. Elisabeth holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
